Unite is very delighted that our member Victor Das was invited to speak at Conference Board of Canada’s Saskatchewan Forum May 27-28, in Regina.
This event is a forum for Canadian and international experts to share world class practices and insights on how enhanced innovation can turn Saskatchewan into a high performance economic and human capital engine. Victor is honoured to be speaking at the session titled “Exploring Innovative Ownership Models” along with Ben Voss, President and Chief Executive Officer of MLTC Industrial Investments, and chaired by Gary Merasty, President and Chief Operating Officer, Des Nedhe Development LP. The session will focus on the economic development, entrepreneurial innovation, and new business models that First Nation and Métis communities are creating through partnership, stewardship, and mentorship.
Victor will speak about our worker owned cooperative model, our collaboration on digital strategy with a local Indigenous collective, and our ongoing work with Aboriginal artists as a collective.
Unite is one of the first marketing worker owned cooperatives in Western Canada. This model helps us deliver high quality marketing solutions by bringing together highly experienced professionals in marketing, strategy, social media, design, web development, video production, and other services on-demand.
